Customer is an NPC located in The Café next to Manager.
He is very useful for players that just entered the New World, or for those who want to try to discover something new.
He can say several things that will be listed below:
"Whatever that Darkbeard guy was buried with is quite the collectors item. You can trade it for a new ship, melee style, slingshot, stats refund, or even a race reroll." (outdated since upd. 11)
"Whenever that Fruit Factory explodes, the player who does the most damage is given a random Fruit from inside the factory."
"Legendary Sword Dealer? He comes by here now and again to hangout with me. Well. not exactly me. Talk to the Manager after you've been here a while for information on how to find him."
'I hear you're searching for the Fist of Darkness. I'd tell you not to check inside random treasure chests. Wait. "
"Rumors say that a special flower spawns only during night."
"Ever hear of unlocking your inner hidden abilities? Me neither, but some Alchemist guy who lives across the bridge claims he could help me with that. I told him no thanks, all I need is help getting out of bed in the morning."
"Did ya know sometimes Sea Beasts will drop accessories and rarely the Fist of Darkness? Bet ya didn't."
"The big guy upstairs sure does have slick pair of shades. no not that big guy! I'm talking about the pink guy who runs this town. I heard his shades are a collectable around here. You should try picking them up next time you bump into him." He is talking about the Swan Glasses, and the who he calls "Big Guy" is actually Swan.
