Геймплей

Knighthood это пошаговая RPG. Игрок берёт на себя роль Рыцаря Гнева и сражается с противниками призывая себе на помощь героев при помощи Перчатки Гнева. Каждый бой состоит из раундов (обычно 3 раунда). Раунд разбит на ходы, на один ход игроку даётся 4 очка действия, которые он может потратить на удар оружием, удар перчаткой, использовать эликсиры улучшающие показатели, либо использовать способности героев. Удары перчаткой заряжают шкалу Гнева, которую можно потратить на ультимативную способность. Если игрок совершает серию одних и тех же действий, например, 4 удара мечом, противник получает больше урона. Эта же механика действует для ударов перчаткой, но не работает для применения способностей героев и эликсиров. В игре присутствуют 9 фракций врагов, разное снаряжение и герои, лучше подходящие для битвы с определённой фракцией. Игрок получает ресурсы которые он может потратить на приобретение или улучшение своего снаряжения.

Core Loop

В игре большая компания, состоящая из 5 областей не считая острова, на котором проходит обучение.

Завоевание. Сюжетные миссии. Продвигают игрока по сюжету и открывают новые активности.

Охота.Сайд активность, состоящая из квеста победы над монстром, за который дают награду в виде осколков душ, валюты и элементов, необходимых для улучшения снаряжения. В зависимости от количества ходов, потраченных на прохождение Охоты, зависит количество звёзд, которые получит игрок. Звёзды суммируются за все пройденные Охоты. Звёзды можно обменять на экипировку или сундуки. Постепенно сложность охоты поднимается, чем выше сложность, тем ценнее награды. Награда: опыт, соответствующий сундук, и дополнительная награда за выполнение условий. При прохождении Охоты на 3 звезды открывается возможность мгновенного повторного прохождения заттрачивая на это только энергию.

Блуждающие монстры. Временное событие (около 1 часа). Необходимо победить монстра. Наградой служит сундук. Так же есть дополнительные задания, за которые тоже дают награду и отдельную награду за выполнение всех дополнительных заданий.

Священный портал. Особые события ограниченные по времени с разными уровнями сложности и уникальными наградами.

Пещера монстров. Сражение с боссом, за которую дают специальную валюту, которую можно использовать чтобы покупать специальное снаряжение.

Герои. В игре присутствуют 55 героев. У каждого героя есть две способности. Первая способность, которую может применить Игрок, после того, как он её зарядит (удары по противникам заряжают способности). Вторая способность ультимативная, которая заряжается от ударов Перчаткой Гнева, использования способностей героев или эликсиров. Для того, чтобы получить героя необходимо собрать нужно количество Осколков. Осколки можно получить в ходе миссии, из сундуков, сайд активностей. После получения героя, можно собирать осколки для повышения его ранга, что увеличит его силу и максимальный уровень. Чем выше редкость героя, тем большее количество рангов ему доступно.

Чем выше уровень героя, тем больше его способности наносят урона. Уровень можно повысить зарабатывая опыт для героя. Это можно сделать на миссиях, в Святилище героев и используя Свитки Героизма, которые можно купить в торговых лавках, получить в побочном сюжете или внутриигровом магазине.Каждый герой имеет бонус к урону против определённых типов врагов.

Соревновательная арена построена по принципу асинхронного сражения между игроками.Для входа в Арену нужна специальная валюта Билеты. Их можно получить ежедневно в количетсве 3-х штук. Хранить у себя билеты можно тоже в количетсве только 3-х штук. Действиями противника управляет ИИ, другие Игроки только выбирают в каком снаряжении будет их герой, состав героев и Приспешников. Игроку выдаются Приспешники – это юниты, которые будут сражаться на стороне Игрока. Когда ход Игрока заканчивается, Приспешники получают по одному очку действия на атаку или использование способности, и только после этого ход Игрока закончится.Бой заканчивается когда аватар Игрока или аватар противника теряют все очки После боя Приспешники получают опыт и повышают свой уровень. Новых приспешников можно поймать, используя особую Перчатку подходящую для поимки врагов нужного типа. Потенциальных Приспешников можно найти во время охоты. Игрок повышает свой рейтинг и получает за это награды и Эмблемы, которые можно потратить на снаряжение и ресурсы.

Portal Battle Mode

When the Portal is open (every weekend, from Friday afternoon to Monday morning UTC), players will be able to choose from up to five portal levels, in relation to their current Knight level. Higher portal levels add a percentage of Event Points along with base amounts.

Event Points in this mode are earned based on the amount and type of enemies defeated, regardless of winning or losing.

Players are given three free attempts per day until the event ends. Once all attempts are used, three additional attempts may be purchased for 120 Gems. Purchasing the Event Pass gives another three free daily attempts for a total of 6 per day.

Special Monsters

All Special Monsters in the Lost Sands event, save for Meret, have a chance to apply Burn, Poison, or Acid to the Knight when hit with a Punch or Weapon attack. Furthermore, these individual statuses will stack with each other, meaning a Saurian could apply multiple of the same effect that deals one singular large damage tick of that effect at the end of the turn.

Varanus: Roaming Monster spawning every four hours in the furthest two regions the player has unlocked so far. High health with a Power that deals Burn.
- If a player hasn't unlocked the conquest node where Varanus spawns in a region yet, they will only get spawns in the previous region.
- Guilds may summon this boss in a Expert Difficulty to reward more Accolades.

October 4, 2021 12:00:00.000 UTC Event Has Ended Loading Timer. (desktop only) Demongate is one of the Special Events in Knighthood. It was introduced on August 20, 2021.
Players enter the Sacred Portal and battle Demon -type Yokai of the Lost World and Vampyr Undead enemies to earn Event Points, which grant rewards at certain amounts. Side Stories and Roaming Monsters specific to Demongate provide additional Event Points and other rewards.

The Demongate Heroes are Ayako and Mikazuki.

Special Monsters

The Yokai standard monsters, Oni and Tengu, both have the Transcend Power. Upon activating this power, they become Great Oni and Great Tengu, gaining gold coloring and becoming much tougher, along with gaining a stack of Regenerate every time they are hit with a Weapon or Punch attack. After this, they will charge Revert, which returns them to their original state.
- This Regenerate effect only lasts one turn; however, it can stack its power for every hit it takes, so one turn of Regenerate can restore a combined amount of health or armor in a single tick.
- Defeating Transcended monsters grants significantly more Event Points (see the table below).

  Event Points contribute to unlocking rewards a player may get. Special Edition items are no longer available after the event ends. A second section of the Reward Track is unlocked for those who purchase the Premium Pass. Rewards include Skins, Gold, Chests, Shards of Kamil and Azhar, Shard Dust, Strong vs Outlaw and Magic Equipment, and various Customization items.

  Greetings, brave Knights!
  
  The Portal Master reports that the Sacred Portal is awakening once more, opening up new lands. and new threats. Scouts report that the Yokai of the Lost World have turned their envious eyes to our world.
  
  Hailing from a once prosperous world ravaged by the Dark Ones, the Yokai of the Lost World have been twisted into vengeful Demons that believe that all those who are free of the Dark Ones must be allied with their former tormentors. All Knights must rise to the challenge to see off this threat in the upcoming Demongate event! Fabulous rewards await those brave enough to heed the call.
  
  THE YOKAI OF THE LOST WORLD
  
  Demongate Enemies
  Although the lands of the Lost World eventually recovered from the Dark Ones' influence, its people were broken. Twisted by the Dark Ones' experiments, they lash out in the desire for vengeance.
  
  Aobozu was once a kindly priest, leading his people in peaceful worship. Now he is a twisted Demon, leading his people in attacking any who are not their own. His insanity causes him to be reckless in his attacks, such as his Blazing Bolt.
  
  Otakemaru is a huge Demonic warrior. His corruption has made him even more formidable as he leads his people across the Portal into our lands. As with his ally Aobozu, his powers call on blood magic - his Blazing Fist damages himself as much as his enemies.
  
  Oni make up the bulk of the Yokai forces. Skilled swordsmen, they follow their leaders' teaching and seek to cause as much damage as possible, no matter the cost.
  
  Tengu can often be found in the back row, attacking from a distance.
  
  The Yokai of the Lost World are joined by one of their most terrifying and tragic members, the Rokurokubi. Once three sisters who attempted to escape the Dark Ones, the Rokurokubi is now a manifestation of pain and anger that only a Guild of brave Knights can face. If your Guild is high level and up to the challenge, you could even summon them in Expert mode.
  
  LOST SPIRITS FOUND
  
  Demongate Heroes
  The Lost World was home to protective spirits who evaded the influence of the Dark Ones. Saddened by their failure to prevent the Dark Ones' atrocities, they now seek to join any who would oppose them.
  
  Ayako belongs to a race of diminutive forest spirits. To evade the Dark Ones' attention, she disguised herself as one of their corrupted Yokai.
  
  Mikazuki belonged to an ancient race that was traditionally shunned and distrusted by humanity. Despite the humans antipathy to her kind, she always sought to protect her world and the people in it.
  
  Ayako will be available on the Event Reward Track, and Mikazuki can be found in the Demongate Event Chest.
  
  LOST WORLD LOOKS
  
  Demongate Rewards
  The Demongate brings with it great risks, but also great rewards. The Armor of the Lost World Skin allows you to look like one of the Lost World's warriors. before they all went a bit red and mad, that is.
  
  The Blessed Naginata and the Infernal Daito Weapon Skins allow you to wield weapons in the style of those once carried in the Lost World. Hopefully, they'll bring you more luck than their original owners.

  Reward Track
  
  Event Points contribute to unlocking rewards a player may get. Special Edition items are no longer available after the event ends. A second rewards tree is unlocked for those who purchase the Premium Pass. Rewards include Skins, Gold, Chests, Shards of Ayako and Mikazuki, Shard Dust, Strong vs Demon, Undead and Light Equipment, and various Customization items.
  
  Portal Battle Mode
  
  When the Portal is open (every weekend, from Friday afternoon to Monday morning UTC), players will be able to choose from up to five portal levels, in relation to their current Knight level. Higher portal levels add a percentage of Event Points along with base amounts.
  
  Event Points in this mode are earned based on the amount and type of enemies defeated, regardless of winning or losing.
  
  Players are given three free attempts per day until the event ends. Once all attempts are used, three additional attempts may be purchased for 120 Gems. Purchasing the Event Pass gives another 3 free daily attempts for a total of 6 per day.

  Lost Sands is one of the Special Events in Knighthood. It was introduced on July 24, 2020.
  
  Players enter the Sacred Portal and battle Saurian Outlaw enemies to earn Event Points, which grant rewards at certain amounts. Side Stories and Roaming Monsters specific to Lost Sands provide additional Event Points and other rewards.
  
  The Lost Sands Heroes are Kamil and Azhar.
